长期致力于低维功能氧化物薄膜及相关电子器件的研究,迄今已发表SCI论文80余篇,他引次数高达1600余次,其中以第一/通讯作者发表论文30余篇,包括Advanced Materials, Nano energy, Materials Horizons,Small等杂志。
