研究方向
通过计算材料学方法(如第一性原理计算、有效模型构建、多尺度数值模拟等)研究前沿量子材料的构效关系,尤其是材料的输运与磁光响应性质。通过揭示材料性质的微观物理机制,进一步开展面向新一代自旋电子、相变存储器件应用的材料设计、性能优化与功能拓展。现阶段研究兴趣主要包括以下方面:
· 材料的缺陷与表界面调控
· 拓扑量子材料
· 磁性量子材料
· 磁性相变材料
